Eleven years ago we decided to build a museum to aid children's WW2 education, using our unique hands-on role play approach. We sacrificed everything to make this a reality - and it's continued to grow.
We are always delighted when we receive an award for our efforts and we have just received yet another big one from Tripadvisor. We first secured this award in 2024 for constant 5 star visitor reviews and positive feedback. Now, for the 2nd year in succession, we've received it yet again!
The Tripadvisor award is one of the biggest tourism awards to win.
We are so proud. A massive thank you to the whole museum team, young and not so young, for all your dedication and getting the museum recognised at this level for a second year running. Our 'family' of museum volunteers make all of our visitors so welcome and ensure their visits are enjoyable and most memorable.
