"Battle of Britain Afternoon Teas" are now available, with Sandwiches, Beverages and Cakes, served in our new hangar in a roped-off area alongside our Hawker Hurricane aircraft exhibit. £25.00We're delighted to advise that from April, we will have all 42 different RAF uniforms on display from the WW1 right through to 1945! Darren and Bradley have worked very hard to get this together, and Paul and Linda are delighted. We don't believe this has ever been available for the public to see in a Wartime History Museum before, or any other museum for that matter. Museum open 10am - 4pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most bank holidays. Admission Adults £8, Children under 16 £6, Families (2 adults and 2 children) £24, Children aged under 5, free of charge.

£20.00We have a really good weekend planned. Apart from touring the museum you may see our team of re-enactors putting on WW2 displays. An RAF BBMF Flypast has been booked for Saturday and Sunday 30th and 31st of May between noon and 3pm (weather permitting). Good friend Joanne Shields will be singing live on Saturday 30th. Joanne and her band always put on a great show for us. Sunday 31st Amanda and Steve's 1940s Homefront team will be performing. The exhibition halls, and new Events Building and aircraft hangar where our Hawker Hurricane will be on display will be open, as will the police station, and Anderson Shelter. The Ration Book Cafe will be open, and we guarantee you'll have a memorable time.
Join us as we show our thanks and support to the Armed Forces Community of the UK, and remember those who, very sadly, are no longer with us. Between 12 noon and 3pm, we have an RAF BBMF flypast booked (weather permitting). 1940s style singer Charlotte Porter will be performing, and all of the Museum will be open for you to visit.
