Two Events on the 14th February! The first, during normal museum opening hours, probably from about 1PM, A Daytime 'Winter Vehicle Gathering', Entry, normal museum admission prices. Then, after the museum has closed; From 7PM - A 1940s style event at ‘We’ll Meet Again Museum’. To be held in our brilliant new Events Building on Saturday 14th February 2026 from 7pm Until 11pm. It is a Ticket only event £25 Per Person: BUFFET INCLUDED, LICENSED BAR & REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE. Tickets are selling fast! On Sunday, 8th March we'll be hosting a Militaria Fair. The rest of the Museum will be open as normal but there will be stalls, both inside and outside for military dealers to offer wartime accessories for sale to collectors and Museum visitors. Organised by one of our Trustees, the Fair will be open to dealers from 8am on the Sunday morning to set up their stalls (don't leave it too late to book your pitch as there has already been interest in booking the indoor pitches, to book a pitch call Darren on 07884 470214). The Militaria Fair will be open to collectors making a special visit, and to Museum visitors from 10am. The dealers will have all manner of vintage items from medals, badges and weapons to uniforms, maps, charts and photographs and much more. Although the Militaria Fair will close at 2pm, the Museum will be open as normal until 4pm, the Ration Book Cafe will be open from 10am to 4pm, as will all areas of the Museum, including our new Events Building and Hangar.
During the long weekend Easter break the museum will be open normal times from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th from 10am to 4pm inclusive. On Sunday the Antiques Fair opens from 10am to 2pm.(Indoor and Outdoor pitches available, tables too. Various pitch sizes, Set up your stall from 8am on the day). Easter Bonnet competition judged at 1pm. Classic cars on display, arriving around lunch time. Sunday event Museum normal hours and admission charges apply: Open from 10am - 4pm.
